About a cancellation

Regarding cancellation – If you would like to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged. This fee would be 50% of your total appointment price.

Moreover, we advise you to arrive on time as your trainer locate a set amount of time for your appointment to ensure that you receive the maximum service and care.

We thank you for your understanding.

Appointment Rules

If you will be running late from your scheduled appointment, please call us as early as possible.

For any last minute cancellation or no show, we may ask for the deposit on your next appointment, or may not take your bookings anymore.

There will be no refunds given if you decide to purchase a course and then decide you no longer want to do EMS training the credit can not be transferred to any other services.

Information on our deposit

For any new bookings we now require a £10 deposit, this can be reducted from any courses purchases or single sessions, we are asking all customers on deposit to be paid at the time of the appointment made. This will be refunded if you decide  to not purchase a EMS course or sessions.

If you need to cancel an appointment of which you have already paid a deposit, please be aware of the following conditions:

Cancellation 48 hours before appointment: Full refund.

24 hours before: Half refund.

On the day: No refund.

Card Payments

If the original payment was made by card, any applicable card processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Transferable

Packages and sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or transferred to another person.

Late Arrivals and No Shows

If you arrive late or fail to attend your session without notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.
